Hi Chaps first time on forum, what are your thoughts on Trib. And which is the most affective brand. If any, for increasing Testosterone production.:lift:

Hello Mate.

Tribulus is an OK product. I tend to only use it PCT tho.

Good stack for raising natty test levels:

Trib @ 1g Daily
ZMA
HMB
Test-9-Meth (IA)

Also Fish Oils @ 4g+ ED or a good Omega 3, 6, 9.

Just a little note on this subject.

This was produced in Bulgaria for many years and was used in that country as a natural alternative to viagra. It was cheap as chips until they cottoned onto the fact that bodybuilders were using it. The prices rocketed as a result and it is now just as expensive as steroids if not more over there!!!!!

This is True Bulgarian Trib is by far the most expensive but then again it is also the most effective , being the stuff that most meaningful research has been done and having the highest Protodicin levels ..

we have a very potent Bulgarian Trib BTW with a good discount for uk-Musclers

Whens the best time to take Tribulus?

Some say with food and some at night before bed?

Mine say take 2 a day with meals

Depends when you train , 30 mins before training for sure then in the morning if you train in evening or at night if you train earlier .. is optimum

I got Mine from protein.com and I think they really good, I take 2 in the morning before training, 2 in the afternoon before training and 2 before I go sleep.

6? Blimey....I got Tribex....blue tub....its one a day. Seems good for pct but dont really use it otherwise.

Ive been taking 2x250mg morning and evening. I cannot say i have really noticed any difference in my training, but they def make me feel happier. My mate has just started taking them and he say's the same thing.
Tribulus = happy dayz

trib is great for me sex drive goes up for sure and seems to make a noticable difference im the gym i rate trib highly along with zma and creatine
