help with supplements please

Hi
Ive been training for about 9 months only using protein shakes as a supplement, now ive finished uni and have much more time to spend down the gym and so am going to start taking a few more supplements.
Im going to change my protein shake to CNP's pro peptide and also start taking creatin. After reading other threads I want to start taking CEE but not sure which brand and also thinking about taking l-glutamine. I need help with..
  • Which brand of CEE would you recommend?
  • Should I take L-glutamine if my protein shake already contains glutamine?
  • When is the best time to take these supplements before and after the workout and how much of each?
Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me.

Re: help with supplements please

myprotein.co.uk have decent deals on creatine....cheap and works well, been mixing it with lemon squash and cant detect the sour taste at all. well worth a look....

If you are thinking of changing supplements i would look for a post workout shake too rather than just a protein shake. Quite a few similar posts to this have been slapped on of late bud, would check the threads on glutamine and creatine....

Re: help with supplements please

buy supps depending on what your goals are too mate.... but essensial supps have to be a good wehy protein and aminos..... the rest like creatine and say tribulus you will need to cycle anyway!

CEE is good but i think after taking it i prefer mono - had some mint gains on mono so i thought the CEE was gonna be better........im not conviced it is peronally!

All trial and error mate..but myprotein is the place for cheap supps!!

Re: help with supplements please

my protein is cheap personally dont like there CEE though,

Gong on the supps you've mentioned id recommend

CEE - Capsules (Alri CR2) or Axis labs CEE both good
(powder) Cell mass, or CE-XT, (good thing about cell mass is its got Glutamine in too

Glutamine is always a good amino acid to take even if it is in your protien shake, very good for recovery, after training 10g should be fine, another 10g before bed on an empty stomach will help increase GH too

Hope this helps mate

What don't you like about our CEE? The taste? Tablets not capsules?

CEE is CEE and we can prove ours is as good as any other on the market (per assay tests).

Thanks
