any aids to prevent muscle loss when cant train..need help

Have to go abroad for two weeks to the middle of nowhere in just over a month where there is without a doubt no gym around.
Been trying to figure out the best way to keep my muscle while there, especially as meat might not be available in my normal quantities and apart from protein powder (whey isolate and casein), BCAAs and multivitamin can't really think of what other supplements or even training I could follow when out there and not lose my muscle mass..Any ideas?
Wondered wether something like ALRI Restore or Anabolic Retain might help out..
Could do with any input guys please..
Reps for any help..

Thanks,
Alex

i always worry about my diet and training when i go abroad, but if im honest your body can often just benefit from a rest. When i go sking and stuff i take some whey with and take some when i wake and if i can still remember, before i sleep also.
I wouldnt worry to much and try just to enjoy ur hols...ur probably be suprised at just how much good it does for you.

Alri Restore is a good product, it will keep your test levels healthy,
There is definetly no harm in taking that i would also take

Protein Powder
Peptide bonded aminos
Multi vits
Zinc
Vit C

Where are you off too?

Re: any aids to prevent muscle loss when cant train..need help

I'd agree with Conrad.. take a break and come back ready to train hard (although perhaps not so much during the first week)

I would stick with whey, Glutamine first thing, and BCAAs before bed

Take some tuna tins with ya!

erm.. dont forget the tin opener

Haha, funnily enough until that post I hadn't put tin opener down on my list..Thanks Ultimax!
Off to portugal in a few weeks, somewhere up in the mountains way away from any form of human contact according to my mate..
Should be good..Going to go all out in the gym before leave and try best to use the two weeks as recovery..
