| is 6 weeks out from his winners massage not the kind itraininthedark had lol | Re: Is there anything to reduce aching? what is your post workout meal....if its just whey try getting some fast acting carbs in as well...to help recovery.... and add in about 10g glutamine to the shake!! its pretty normal to ache for a few days after sometimes longer!!

I have only ever had 1 sauna.. and there was a big fat sumo guy in there and he kept getting up and throwing loads more water on the rocks it was life threatening in there! lol.. kinda put me off but i know that a lot of people rate them and they are good if u like the heat.. I dont really like it. |
