H&B are good for emergancy pick ups.

Flapjacks, Oats, Whole foods (almods, blueberries, etc) and occasionaly Omega 3, 6, 9, etc.

When they do a 3 for 2 on the entire store you can save some decent £££.

But yes, i prefer others.

im not too sure about some of their stuff, i buy my fish oils, multi vit+minerals garlic from there and it seems ok but i have had fish ois from natures best and there was definately a difference. H&B store their 500 fish oil tabs in transparent tubs and leave them inthe shop wind. Doesn't heat and sunlight degrade them?

i liked the taste of their whey. but its not the best. I had their CEE recently as it was on sale, but i dont think it was as good as another one i have tried.

H&~B are good as SD says, for a bargain.

i liked the taste of their whey. but its not the best. H & B Designer Whey Choc is one of the best tasting proteins I have had, thats because its like junk food though of course lol. I had their CEE recently as it was on sale, but i dont think it was as good as another one i have tried.
