Meal replacement shakes

Hello, is it ok to use meal replacement skakes whilsts trying to lose fat??

Ifso can anybody recommend a good quality one thats also a good price.

Has anyone tried myprotein meal replacement shakes?

Yeah definatly. I would have one 1 hr before training. If i dont have an MRP then i sling some oats into my whey.

Meal replacement (MRP) have protein n complex carbs in them. whey just has protein

EAS myopro MRP are the best!!!! i would happily substitute my entire diet for 6-7 of those a day!!! yum yum!!

I am using Nutopia by Boditronics at the moment and MP Max meal replacements by My Protein. Both taste very similar, with discount, the Boditronics is ever so slightly cheaper though and is an excellent product.

Choccy Pro MR tastes great, but last time I bought it, it was file dwith Maltodextrin, which is a cheap empty filler in my opinion, amounting to little more than adding sugar. Go for brands which have carbs from oats and barley or preferably whole food.

i wouldn't take one before bed. ide have some eggs instead.

Id have a MRP 1 hr before training or maybe one during the day aswell.

Dymatiza mega milk is reasonably priced and good. has allot of vits and mins in it as well as good fats, and carbs and i thnk tastes good.
