Shame this is an amercian site as the prices would be pretty cheap! I like the website a lot too.

Plus wouldn't they get taxes slapped on etc?

Spent over half an hour selecting ingredients for two custom made capsules, a general multi and a pre-post workout formula, got to the checkout, entered the code ukmuscle20 and it said that I don't have any valid products in my cart!!?!?!?!?

What a waste of half an hour, bitterly dissapointed! :gun:

I just had the same problem and not sure why. However it shouldnt have erased your cart and what you added should still be there.

The code "offtop20" will work not sure why ukmuscle20 isnt but I am working on it.

But like I said your creations should still be saved in your cart

As long as you didnt clear your history on your computer it won't matter if you had an account or not. Just simply go back to the website and click view cart. Everything should still be there just the same. Be sure to use the same computer obviously that you used to design your creations

Fair enough, thanks for clearing that up with me, it was still in the cart that you directed me to and the new code works fine.

On a side note $24 postage seems a bit steep and your membership screen insists on me putting the 'state' I live in when I don't live in the 'states' at all. It also insisted on a phone number but I think this should be optional as you didn't have a privacy statement there that I could see.

Postage is a little steep but our prices on single batches are very competitive and if you add more than one batch They are not competitive at all, They are soo much cheaper than any competitors it wouldn't be fair to call it competitive


Please check it out some more and see what you think. Ill be willing to throw in something for your intial trouble if you want to place an order.

Just out of interest, do you 'help out' with the VAT that we pay for importing to UK.

For instance and I'm not suggesting anyone do this or anything but what about 'accidently' declaring the value to be nominal say $20 so that we dont get hit for 20% tax when it comes in plus a £14 handling fee by Parcel force.

Of course Im not suggesting that you do that but maybe if there was a mistake on the declaration or something?
