Creatine-its not this good is it?

According to mens health magazine this month, there was a study in Australia in which some BB's took creatine and some BB's did not. A year later those whom were on creatine packed on TWICE as much muscle as those whom did not use creatine. Any thoughts?

Too many variables. Rest, type of training, diet and of course - the all important - genetics

Re: Creatine-its not this good is it?

agree with the previous post however.... It is unarguable to those who have tried it, an increase in bodyweight and strength is noticed.

If I could afford it I would be on the "PH" correct creatine year round, as this stuff does not downgrade into the biowaste product creatinine. This is the reason people get stomach problems and also why cycling is required.

If you use it get the best one PH correct creatine.

Being on creatine for a year probably ain't the smartest thing in itself, I'd have to have a look at this study before I made my mind up about the results aswell.

Creatine is a good supplement to use.

It does what it says on the tin - well, depending on which manufactureres "tin" that is

If its muscletech then your gonna gain 100lb of muscle a week on it, if its a genuine company, then you can expect it to add a little "umfh" to your workouts as well as a little size and better recovery.

Re: Creatine-its not this good is it?

Yeah..read an LA Muscle ad that suggested 15lb gain in 2 weeks.... their explosive creatine is just dex and creatine plus about a gram of taurine and arginine...

I'll bet they exposed it to an 'overdose of gamma radiation'!

Just get base creapure with some dex...sorted
