What are Animal paks??
Can anybody tell me what animal paks are? a powder to mix or a bag of pills?

protein powder, meal replacements, mass etc........ all the usual stuff...just packaged in a different way and over priced imo....

Thanks, just that i saw a guy the night with a bag of pills and thought it might be the same thing. Apparently you can buy a ready mixed combo of sups?

Not sure,

I suppose a mix of protein,carbs,vitamins,creatine,tribulus etc..

I agree with you Ollie, but with my job I dont get much time to stop a mix during the day, hence having some sort of pill combo.
