I Rate Animal cuts & Hydroxycut, ive just got some Nutrabolics inferno gels...i'll let you know what their like as i havent tried them yet |

![]() | Re: which is the best weight loss suppliment If you read bigbulls post he has asked what is the best weight lost supplement, not what is the best way to loose weight. So all you clever f*ckers out there who thought that by telling him the best way to loose weight is diet, have wasted your time time typing a response. I have used Hydroxicut and found it to be very effective. Combined with a sensible diet and cardio, the weight will drop off alot faster than if you just dieted. Hope this helps. ![]() |

| Cardio King... | Re: which is the best weight loss suppliment Totally Agree.... I dieted for 12 weeks for my last comp (last month) and used lipo 6 by nutrex as well as a well planned diet, am cardio and of course training sessions. I def noticed the benefit from taking them even on 100 grams of carbs a day. ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: which is the best weight loss suppliment I used Hydroxycut on the positive recomendation of a friend. I didn't find it effective, but appreciate that some people do. Again, trial and error. The only other forray I had into fat loss supps was Nutrition Headquarter's Fat Metaboliser. They had these on special offer at H&B. Normally I wouldn't have bothered, but it was a very good deal, and I am happy at least with the contents: Chromium, Green Tea, L-Carnitine, B6, Cayenne Pepper and Kola Nut (Caffeine). Not a miracle product, but it had want I wanted in it and it was cheap. |

Now out of the list above i suppose Hydroxycut has got more posative history....but i will say and repeat what has been said diet and cardio is Key and no Mattregan i am not being a clever f*cker in my experiance when most guys say "my diet and cardio is sorted" it is not and they are trying to replace 60-90min a day of cardio with a fat burner....

Lipoxil for me is the strongest OTC I've tried but it can repeat on you if you dont drink enough water and also it does dehydrate you a lot. I've also used Dymetadrine and T5 which are ECA + Naringin stacks (T5 has 60mg effy, dymet 30mg) These are too strong for me to use Pre workout but wicked for when I'm working on the door as it keeps me wide awake. I'm soon to be getting in the Nutrex Lipo 6 with the liquid centre and the inner capsule which is supposed to be the bollox so looking forward to trying that.
