whats the difference?

I have been recently taking maximuscle cyclone but now i am looking at myprotein products and i'm going to make my own version. but i'm having a bit of trouble. what is the difference between L Glutamine and L Glutamine Ethyl Ester? Which one is better for quick lean mass?
