fat burners??

I'm just planning ahead but when i start trying to get rid of the body fat is it a good idea to use 'fat burning' supplements like fat stripper and thermombol? Are there any that people would strongly recommend?
What about CLA? any good?

Re: fat burners??

i personally wouldnt bother with over the counter fat burners.

Losing the flab is all about diet and cardio mate. Nail those 2 things and your soon be lean ;)

Re: fat burners??

What Bulldozer said is very true, it is all about cardio and diet. However fat burners can help speed up the process greatly.

I used a months course of Hydroxicut Hardcore by Muscle Tech. I lost about a stone and a half and have continued to loose fat. Its quite expensive though.

Re: fat burners??

i agree with the two posts above. Diet is the key. However, I have also used Sida Cordifolia. Great stuff and gives you a good boost too!!!
