creatine tablets

hi just wandering if any of u lads hav taken creatine tablets and if so are they any good? also what brand is best to buy? cheers

i wouldent bother with tabs imo.i prefer the powder monohydrate.

powder is far better value for money for the same quality.

Capsules have the advantage that you do ingest all the powder, whereas with creatine powders you always tend to lose some in the bottom of the cup! However, that benefit is cancelled out by the extra cost as you pay a premium for the capsules. The other advantage to capsules is just the convenience factor of them being easy to take anywhere. Personally I only tend to use powder.

thanks for the replys, iv tryed the powder before and it tasted like s**t and gave me stomach cramps, thats why im considering getting some tabs. so would u lads say the only downfall of the tabs is the price?? cheers.

What Luke said. But personally instead of spending all that money on all these labels. Why dont you go for a CEE set of capsules from myprotein.co.uk, i thought they were pretty good to tell the truth. The powder works better though.
