 | arginine ethyl ester Hi just wondered if anyone on here uses this supplement and if so I have afew questions. 1 Is it any good  2 if so how often and how much should be taken(should this be taken before sleep like regular arginine) 3 can this supplement help raise HGH levels if taken correctly. 4 Is it worth a try been eyeing up the myprotein or bulkpowders stuff;) cheers for any help p.s. feel free to ridicule me for any foolishness in above post:withstupi
