    | carb shake after a suggestion by panthro on my diet i have bought some maltodextrin and glucose for my pw carb shake and man its like drinking liquidised pure sugar cane  . can i mix it with anything else to ease the sweetness off or is it just a case of grin and bare it. |

| why not just stick with the malto dextrin and leave out some of the glucose
