Wich supplements?

ok my goal is to burn the fat and keep the muscle.what supplement would help me with this along with the training. ive been thinking of the bsn supplements and the La stuff.My friend says the norateen is good stuff.and hydroxicut.
eny supplement help is highly helpfull to me. also wich is the best creatine to take(monohydrate) and the plain creatines dont have eny effect on me(like cnp)

just take a good whey supplement and make sure you diet is spot on first....

theres no point spending large amounts of cash on crap like LA muscle and Muscletech products or any other fat burners as these are not magic pills...as they would have you believe!

Im not saying that they wont work but just relying on supplements to lose fat is a total waste of time and money!!

BSN products are good - but are very expensive and only last or 20 days!!

My answer - Good Diet, Good exercise and plenty of rest will do far better for you and your wallet!

Once you've lost most of the weight you want to lose and your progress has come to a halt then maybe think of a fat burner....to lose that extra bit!

My personal choice would be Nutrix Lipo6!
