HGH
hi guys

found this supplement.

HGH....please give thoughts and advice.

contains
L arginine 100mg
L orthinine 25mg
L glutimine 100mg
GABA 150mg
DHEA 25mg
MSM 75mg


these are pills...2-4 serving size before bed..

would this stuff be any good? Would it work in pill form....and is this really HGH?

I actually found my mom taking it and wondered if Its something I should look at?
