LA Muscle Fat Stripper & LA Whey together ?
1 to get rid of the fat and 2 to keep the muscle i have built. A good combo or is the fat stripper really a con ?

Fat stripper is a con.
Whey protein is a must IMO whatever your goals really. Just try to stay away the brands you find in mens health mags (LA muscle and maximuscle being the main 2)

I personally use boditronics whey, best tasting iv tasted and we get discount for being a member here.

If funds are short then i use myprotein.co.uk. These taste fine, nutritionally fine but just dont come in any fancy packaging etc.

Good shout, Cheers. I always went for the LA Whey sweetened chocolate because i loved the taste, does the boditronics taste just as nice (if you know what that tastes like ) ? Also, how do i get the discount ? Cheers.

Not sure how LA tastes, but a mate said he found it rank. Iv tried so far, myprotein, CNP, optimum nutrition, met-rx and boditronics. Boditronics is definately best for taste. And wurzel (who posted above) is real helpful, replies to e-mails quickly and provides all the info you need.

CNP for me was a real let down, i bought the big 4.5kilo tub of choc. I found the mixability to be pretty poor and the taste isnt very nice. CNP is probably the best British brand out there btw.

ah24 just wondered if you could help me out slightly.... was thikning about getting some ultra fine scot oats from bulk powder along with some whey and a flavouring system but am concerned that it will taste too cack and i wont be able to neck it everyday! I saw in your last post that use boditronics whey ans that in your opinion its the best tastin whey on the market...well do u know weather the same applies to their mass gainer....because if so i might give that a go instead.

Mass Attack is very nice , if you email samples@boditronics.co.uk with your address and flavour preference then we will happily send you as a UK M member a sample to try , We currently have Choc or Straw available but end of next week we will also have Cappucinno , Toffee and Banana as well all very yummy and of course you get your UKM Discount as well ;)

Wurz beat me to it! I was going to suggest getting a sample as i must admit iv never tasted their mass attack...but i may have to request a sample for myself!

As for the oats thing..I made the mistake of adding normal rolled oats and they just sat at the bottom lmao...so what i do now is luckily i work at my gym so i have a blender in their permanently for my shakes..i add 2 scoops of express whey, 5g creatine, 5 glutamine then the ultra fine oats.

Texture isnt too bad, tastes slightly different but not too bad. In future though im going for waxy maize starch:beer1:

You should have a look into that stuff, its on bulkpowders site.

I love CNP products. Promass doesn't mix well on its own but I bend mine with ice and milk and its lush.

Pro Peptide and Pro Recover mix easy tho, these are the two I use after training and during the day....pro pep mixed with bulk powders oats

Boditronics do taste nice and are cheap so they are a good choice, I just use CNP as I think the products are outstanding.

Thats what put me off my pro-mass! No matter how hard i shake it, it still had lumps. Im going to try it with the ice cubes and milk though, didnt think of that!

Its cool, its my fav, almost like a treat I have a proper smoothie machine thing (about £40) and so I only do pro - mass at home, I use Pro Pep out and about but its expensive.

Yeah thats the biggest problem for me with CNP, the price. I got that pro-mass for £45 at the show and its usually about £60 i think (4.5kilo)

They chucked in a few free sachets of pro-dessert n thats bloody lovely!! Shakers were a bargain at £2.50 each
