I've run out of glucose powder and can't get any more till next week, so I'll have a serving of VP2/V12 as usual pre workout, but what should i have PWO - I usually have a double helping of VP2 in water with 100g glucose powder, am i best having nLarge2 coz of the carbs in there or stick with the VP2 and just have a can of lucozade or coke??? |
