Protien, Protien and Protien
I normally use metrx whey i have now decided to change brands. But i am not sure which brand to go with . I am leaning towards ON 100% WHEY. But i am not sure as dymatize is supposed 2 be good 2. In terms of quality first and secondly taste which whey would u guys recomend. ( Not rich but $$ is no prob , so no bulk whey etc )

Yeah optimum nutrition is pretty good i think...just DONT get tropical punch flavour!! Not nice!

Im using met-rx's vanilla at the mo, will be going with boditronics next

Optimum nutrition is NIIIIIIIICE.....using the strawberry at the moment going to get Rocky road flavour next ive no idea what it is but it sounds great!!

I am not trying to big extreme up here, but I was recently in thier warehouse and met with Dougie, he is a nice bloke who knows, loves and supports bodybuilding.

I bought some performance whey (No shaker mind you LOL), and I am happy with taste, price, quality and performance. Infact it actually makes my porridge taste great, which is something 100% whey did not...........

Extreme has my patronage...............................until I get sponsored LOL

It is only fair to point out though that I have not tried reflex, and I am sure it is also a fine product.

Yes, we use sucralose in our whey as a sweetener. We use fructose too in some products and akesulfame in Extreme Protein, Meal Rep and Build & Recover.

Karl, I think sucralose is an odd one to classify as some consider it natural due to being a sugar derivative and not man made and others consider it artificial because of the alteration in structure from regular sugar. You could argue skimmed milk is artificial if that's the case.

I don't think most people care either way how its classified so long as it keeps the calories down and tastes nice.
