Ive been reading with some interest the thread on Sida cordifolia, ive used the reflex sida which was pretty good phoned reflex and was told it contained 12.5mg of ephedrine per tablet.

Is there a difference between this and CNP in terms of how much eph is present per tablet?

Is this supplement legal as it converts to ephedrine rather than containing ephedrine?

ive noticed Garnell do a Sida as well any sellers of that on here i would be intersted in your comments to
i would be intersted to hear from Karl(reflex) nine pack & anyone else involved with this supplement

Sida Cordifolia is legal, but it is one of the range that CNP sell that will fall foul of IOC testing, and is labelled clearly to allow the end user to make an informed decision.

Each tablet contains 300mg Sida Cordifolia extract standardised at 8% alkaliods which is equivalent to 12mg ephedrine.

I have had enormous success with this supplement and as I have said on another thread, I've never sold one to anyone that did'nt buy a second one. I use it myself in my contest prep as it does not affect my sleep patterns as much as the old ECA stacks did.

Firstly, CNP, Garnell and Reflex are all very well respected BRITISH companies and you wont go wrong buying products from any of them.

Our sida is approx 8-10% eph alkaloids (i cant remember the exact amount, i am not at work today due to a bad back but will confirm when i get back). So both the Reflex and CNP are going to be of a similar strength from that point of view.

from personal experience, whenever taking a eph product, additional caffeine really seems to improve the efficacy of the product. this is why we add guarana, which is essentailly a natural form of caffeine. However guarana is better in many ways as it has a longer half life which seems to give a steadier 'buzz' without the crash often associated with caf.

As Nine has stated, it is 100% legal in this country, however not suitable for tested athletes.

Our BulkPowders sida capsules are 350mg per cap at 10% alkaloids, so 35mg ephedrine per capsule equivalent.

As below, it is legal in the UK but not suitable for tested athletes.

Ive just started the CNP sidas so far so good, try any of they above nidge Garnell is the cheapest but only by a few $$$ there all around £20 for a a good 3-4weeks supply

Cheers mate, I was looking at Bulk Powders website £39.99 for 400 tabs, I've never had anything from them before so I'm a bit worried about the delivery, are they ok and do they deliver within the mentioned time?

I got some today from the GNC shop in Nottingham, £21.99 for 120 tabs, took one when I got back they sure are a good suppliment.
