Re: MYPROTEIN.CO.UK

I would buy it - It dose'nt cost much to by the flavouring anyway. You could also use Nesqiuck, Splenda or Crusha

Re: MYPROTEIN.CO.UK

Concentrate is cheaper. No need to get isolate unless your lactose intolerant

Isolate is 'purer' in that it contains almost 95%+ protein, virtualy zero carbs and zero fat.

It also contains no lactose (a mik carb) and is more easily digested than concentrate.

Very useful for PWO shake.

Re: MYPROTEIN.CO.UK

Does anyone add unflavoured whey as an ingredient in soups and stews? Would this work, and maybe thicken the food, or would the heat compromise the quality of the protein too much?
Cheers
