Re: protein bars

90+ by weighder. Banana flavour.

dorian yates cherry flavoured oat bars are cheap and not bad (taste like cherry backe well cakes if you have with a cup of tea and a little imagination lol )

i also rate ATKINS advantage bars fr their protein content, cost and vit&mins in them.

had a maxi muscle bar recently, it was OK nothing special.

Re: protein bars

i stopped using them regular, or semi regular, due to the fact that they all seem to have allot of sugar in them still (apart from Atkns ones) so if your dieting i dont think they are that good for you.

i go on OSC forum allot and he advocates using real food rather than bars etc. I have found things like Icelands premium bacon and their meat balls to be high in protein, very low/no carbs and OK fat content, and cheap to buy. I dont suppose eating bcon and meat balls every day is particularly good for you, but i think they are great for rotating and using for snacks!

If they ever decide to make anymore!! :gun:

My favourite are extreme ones, protein crisp and coconut and honey.

Next to no fats, good carbs and a good helping of protien.

Cheap as chips too.

Make my own from whey/oats/bananas/Udos/Egg Whites.

They are great but don't keep for long.
