| Sexy Moderator | Vitargo Hello Gang Whats everyone view on this stuff? I was thinking about mixing it with NO-Explode like 30 minutes before training. Should force the NO-Explode into the blood/muscles and really give a boost for training. I suppose the ELECTROLYTE version is the better one for weight training due to the extra minerals. I know a lot of ppl rant about good this stuff is - What are people thoughts here?

I was just going to use it Pre-Workout with No-Explode, then get some more solid carbs from Mass Shake after workout. You noticed more energy at the gym with it? Less Cramps, etc?

Apparently the Vitargo is really expensive and it is exactly the same stuff. I have been using it as my pre and post WO carb sorce, and like it a lot. http://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/product...6fb4c7e5778616 |

What do you mix it with nytol? What about mixing it with 35g of whey pre workout and 70g post workout? You noticed much from it? Any changes in your physique?

![]() | Re: Vitargo Its has the same insulin response as dextrose so i personally wouldnt use it pre-workout. I purchased some about a year ago but due to injuries have never really got round to using it Early impression was pretty much the same recovery as dex/malto but without any stomach discomfort. |

I take in pretty much the same, 35g pre, 70-80g post, and add 120g Waxy maize starch split between the 2. It does have a slight chalky after taste/texture, but it is not unpleasent. I like it as it is not sweet, like Dextrose, and I dont like the texture maltodextrin gives my shakes, so i never really added any carbs post WO, just what was in my protein. So the starch has allowed my to add post WO carbs in, and despite less than perfect training conditions at the moment, things are going surprisingly well, setting new PB's which was not expected. At the end of the day it is only carbs, but I like it for its lack of taste, and the science seems good. I shall be interested to see how well it works when I add some slin into the mix, ![]() I will certainly continue to use it. | |
