MyProtien Customiser MR

Was thinkin bout using the customiser to make a Meal replacement shake for when im at work cos i only get time to eat 1 meal in 7.5hrs so gonna have to fit 2 in my workday. Was just wondering what people think i should have in?

I was thinking:
Calcium Caseinate 0.1kg (10%)
Whey Protein Concentrate 80 (NZ) 0.25kg (25%)
Dextrose 0.3kg (30%)
Maltodextrin 0.3kg (30%)
Flax Seed Powder 0.02kg (2%)
BCAA 0.02kg (2%)
L Glutamine 0.01kg (1%)
Total: 1kg (100%)

but was wondering what people think of the percentages? would be having 100g per shake most likely so would be 35g protien, 60g carbs, 2g flax, 2g bcaa, 1g glutamine (this needs increasing to 3 so i may get rid of bcaa)

Any advice as always much apreciated

Re: MyProtien Customiser MR

I think its best to take Glutamine on its own? and I would use the activated Barley Powder over Dextrose and Malto as it is lower GI/GL.

Re: MyProtien Customiser MR

Yeh I think your ratios are 35/60/04, so an increase in fat and reduction in carbs would be advisable.
