![]() | Fat loss Hi Am am currently trying to lose in the region on 4 - 5 kgs ( 11.0231 lb). I am 5.7 weigh 80 kg's.. I play sport and my perfect weight is around 75kgs which allows me to be at my fastest etc... I row, cycle, and use the x trainer eat pretty healthily and use weights to maintain strength. Im looking for a supplement to help shed the xtra Kilos and was wondering if anybody had any advice Any help greatly appreciated. Sean |

Try lowering your carbs and upping your protein and healthy fat intake. Supplements that can help to speed up your metabolism are Hydroxycuts, SAN Tight, Extreme Lean R, etc, etc. There are also stronger things avalible such as T3/T4, Ephradrine, Clen but these are only avalible on the black market, and defiantly not recommended for a "quick fix"
