Although there are NO scientific bonds between tribulus and testosterone levels, it does seem to work, I use this most days, and double the dosage during PCT. Other supplements include: Zinc on its own Zinc as ZMA Horney Goats Weed DHEA There are more, but I cant think of them off the top of my head. Also, by getting your diet and training correct, you will increase your testosterone levels naturally. Compound movements at the gym, such as Squatting, Deadlifting, Bench and Shoulderpress are all known as anabolic lifts. They simply work so many muscles at once, the body has to do something about it!! Eating red meat helps test levels, and also good for natural creatine intake. Other essental supplements for a natty i feel are: Creatine CEE (Plain or a mix such as CE-XT, or Cell mass) NO2 Products (AAKG, Di Arganine Malate, or as Nitrix, No Explode) Fish Oils Glutamine BCAA, esp if you do a lot of cardio.
