anyone out there used this, and if so wha do you think ?....
a freind started useing it this week and it mixes and tastes great...
magazines rave about it but hey,thats advertising sommit not to be trusted to much i guess....
anyhow i found a website doing a exellant deal on it so anyone useing it cheers for any info...

also what exactly is the diffrence between whey and whey isolate....

I have used lots of this, very good product, not cheap, but tastes great mixes very easily, has very low carbs.

I now use My protein Isolate, its a lot cheaper and is just as good IMHO.
