My favorite in order are (for good health).
Fish oils

Multiple Vitamin mineral supplement

Digestive enzymes

Pro-biotics

B-complex injections.

But for lifting weights id say
Whey protein

Creatine

Glutamine

Maybe a NO product.

I would suggest the best products are chicken, tuna, eggs, turkey, rice, pasta, potatoes and oats.

Then I would supplement with a whey powder after my workout and a casein product last thing at night. Supplements do what they say, they supplement. They are not intended to bolster your diet to a great degree.

Sometimes, good meat sources are cheaper and better than MRP's and protein powders.

I'll second the above. First we have to make sure the diet is adequate, then add some basic protein supplementation to make it possible for you to get six meals a day.

Only once all this is in place should you even think about creatine, glutamine, NO products etc.
