![]() | hello all just joined your forum, looks quite cool plenty of info... no doubt my question may be answered out there, but theres so many posts its easier to ask.. i m just getting back to training and looking for a good whey protein which is also reasonibly priced, i v been told elite whey is great stuff, can anyone out there recomend it, its defo well priced found a website doing it for 25 notes on a 5kilo tub... i trained for 6 years solid in the past and used ast and cnp supplements, money was not so much an issue back then but i m working of a budget now, 5 years of and i wanna get of to a good start, ie getting my diet and supplments right.. cheers for any replies folks... :lift: |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: whey protein.. yeh, elite whey is good. there is a good shop up where u live, called "powerhouse" canny big shop that only seels bodybuilding stuff, they normaly have a good offer on when ever i go in. if your kind of stuck for cash, u can buy plain protein powder from http://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/ and add the likes of nesquick to it. |

Might be worth you getting a big tub of Unflavoured chaep stuff from Bulkpowders and doing half and half with your Elite it will make it last twice as long and doesn't really effect the flavour to any degree. |

All there stuff is good IMO, and well priced. Not as cheap as some, but the best quality I have found. |
