how long does l-glutamine keep

hi all,

just found 2.5k micronized l-glute from TMOF i bought nearl a year and a half ago. It was unopened in a plastic tub. Do you think its still good, or would it break-down somehow? texture wise it looks pretty normal, if maybe a bit chunkier.

Thanks

Re: how long does l-glutamine keep

I should think if it is unopened and has not been affected by miosture it would be ok. Is there not a use by date stamped on it? Although if you hadn't opened it I would still use it personally and not worry too much. Prhaps up the dose to account for any de-natured proteins.
