![]() ![]() ![]() | how important is it that whey is cold processed? do all reputable brands cold process or just the ones that state it on the label? ive read that whey processed @ higher temperatures denatures amino acids & therefore lowers the overall quality of the protein

![]() | Re: cold processed whey Decent companies will state cold pressed on the product, which indictaes no heat was added i think. I wonder if they would tell you if you contacted them, try it and post results! Saying that, i remember reading some olive pressing generating heat of nearly 200degrees potentially creating trans fats in cheap olive oils, dont know how similar this pressing is to that of proteins. Stick to the brands that are tried and tested by people... and avoid the cheap and nasties and you wont go far wrong IMO mb |
