Everyone has different opinions on different protien shakes....bill will say 'try product x it's worked wonders for me', and Bob will say 'No, product y is far better'...it's personal choice mate. reading these articles in health mags (especially mens health) talk utter ****e.

They're excellent if you have some paper to hang, or floor tiles to glue down. I was only being daft though. I was serious when I said I would'nt use either product though. I use CNP's Creatine E2, but I suppose any decent creatine ethyl ester product is acceptable. I would personally prefer to use what I consider the best, rather than just 'acceptable'. I was actually trying to make the point that Hotshot may have thought that Cell tech was a protein powder, which of course it isn't. Maximuscle's Cyclone is what I call a frankenstein product. It seems to contain almost every supplement available in an 'all in one' package. Unfortunately, it does'nt work like that as some of the ingredients will compete for absorbtion if taken at the same time. Personally, and this is merely my own opinion, I would'nt touch either make, but each to thier own. As I've said on previous posts, I use CNP Professional. I don't use them just because I'm a distributor, it's the other way around. I have used them for years, and because of the results & quality, I decided to distribute them to my clients with the same results as I see myself. There are only a handful of companies on the market who's products are really worth the money. Unfortunately, in the supplement world, the saying 'you get what you pay for' no longer applies. It's easy to pay a fortune for what essentially boils down to processed milk powder, or even worse, soy protein. Believe me, after 16 years of training, and having worked in the supplement industry, I've tried every make imaginable. Your body, your choice though. |

I'd just use them up & switch to CNP if I were you, but everyone has thier preference. Maximuscle & Muscletech are very well packaged & cleverly marketed, as for the quality................. I'll take the fifth on that one. I'd use Pro Peptide & Pro Mass. to replace the Cell Tech, I'd use CNP's Creatine E2. Like I say, this is my opinion, formed after over 15 years of trial & error with every make under the sun. There are a lot of the worlds top bodybuilders sponsored by other companies who use CNP themselves, but can't say so publicly due to contractual obligations. I have no contractual arrangements or obligation to recommend CNP, I just have a genuine belief in the quality of the stuff. Judging by the volume of the stuff that my clients buy & the other PT's clients who also buy it through me, I'd say the proof is in the pudding. |

All you can do is keep dieting & doing cardio till the body decides it's time to shift that particular area of fat. Provided the diet is right (ie a consistent calorie defecit & with protein, fats & carbs in correct ratios) & cardio is kept up then the body will keep taking fat for energy, but we cannot choose the order in which it decides to use fat stores. I have a theory, and that's all it is, that the longer fat has been there, then the more reluctant the body is to use it up. The good news is that once it's gone, the body has a tendency to re distribute fat in a different order once we break the strict dieting phase. I am seeing fat being laid down around the kidney area first, but my abs & serratus are still very sharp, even this long after my comps have finished, and I'm 30lbs heavier than my contest weight. Just get the diet right (just, he says, like it's that easy), do 30-40 mins pre breakfast cardio every day & it will happen in time. Sadly, it is down to hard graft, willpower with the diet & perseverence. This is where 95% of people will fail, make a decision NOW not to be one of them. |

That stuff is not going to work on the site it is applied to. The active ingredients can only exert an effect once the drug has entered the lymph. Once it is there, it may help the body utilise fat stores, but only in the same way as if we were to swallow the pill form. If it has actually worked for you, perhaps you could show a picture of your abs after using it? I'm always willing to admit if I'm wrong if someone has evidence to the contrary. How noble these people who make the stuff must be to restrict the sales of this substance to just a select few. If they marketed it worldwide, they'd be billionaires. Imagine the volume of sales to the morbidly obese?! Got mine with strict dieting & hard work, pity I did it the hard way, if only I'd known............
