I have been kindly donated a box of Hydroxycut, the AM/PM sort ie. no caffeine in the PM doses. I am wondering, how do you guys and girls rate this product, I could do with shedding a bit of fat all over my trunk really? Many thanks in advance.

Hydroxycuts is a good product.

Never used or know anyone that has used the caffine free version tho, i doubt it is as good as normal hydroxycuts as caffine is a fat burner also.

are you planning on doing any cardio?

Its a bit of a quandary to tell you the truth, I am doing cardio on my days off, ie. every other day, and thought as I have it for free, why not give it a go. I dont want to up my cardio as I dont want to burn off the effort I have put in thus far. I tell you what though, having a zero intake of caffiene before starting the tablets, I am happy as a pig in sh!t and seem to be able to yap for Afghanistan.
PS The declines are good, I seem to be getting better form with it. I will keep you posted on my gains.
