Night time shake

Right here is my night time shake for some ideas for others...

4 eggs (whole) microwaved for 30 secs
300ml semi skimmed milk
5 ice cubes
20g peanut butter (natural from a health shop)
1.5 scoop elite whey (chocolate)
1 scoop unflavoured casien

all into a blender for 30 secs into a shaker and drink

tastes lush and nice amounts of fats and protien :beer1:

sounds great, just one question though, obviously you aint dropped dead yet but is it ok to have the eggs like that, really wanna try it but want to make sure its kosher, should nuking the eggs for 30 seconds do the trick?

oh yeah and what kinda macros is that? it should be great for bulking up id have thought

man i have been drinking over 10 eggs a day for 2 years and have been fine (touch wood)

i use that formula but i eat the peunt butter an hour b4 on a slice or 2 of brown bread, and minus the eggs, still havn't braved them yet!

i read the thread name wrong! i thought 'night time shake' was a metaphor for masturbation then i realised we were talking about bloody protein shakes. i might start a new thread 'mickys night time shake' along the lines of 'rub til you feel like you could take her eye out etc'

i am a lil confused with bed time shakes, i know why you shouldn't have carbs rite b4 bed, but doesn't the protien need to be transported by the carbs to get assimilated?

Im sure there are enough carbs in the milk for that, i also wonder about this but the body must manage it from little carbs as i know some BIG guys that hardly eat carbs!!
