What is realy worth taking????

Well as i try and return to the gym after my bit of bad news i just wonder what is realy worth taking as i enter the natural bodybuilder world.
So many products on the market, not tried a lot has basic's will do with gear.
Creatine as never sempt to do anything, is there anything that will give me the full muscle pump feeling as gear as always given me.

Live with out AAS help!!!!

Re: What is realy worth taking????

I liked creatine back in my natural days lol... though i used cell tech (dont ask why) but the loading system seemed to work, either that or 100g of glucose a day helped

Naturals still use clen, t3/4, GH.... it aint all hard work!

If your not taking AAS for a reason and dont want to use the above I think a decent pre and post workout drink is probably the most important part of nutrition, natural bodybuilding just puts more reliance upon correct training, quality rest and good nutrition.

Bump for Paul G. He gave someone a comprehensive list not long ago, maybe do a search for it.

Re: What is realy worth taking????

I haven't taken any gear for nearly 2 years (mainly due to financial reasons). However, using creatine did give me noticeable effects in terms of poundages I lifted.

I know you can't take steroids from what you explained in one of your previous posts, but it isn't the end of the world.

Training, diet and plenty (well try) of rest is the key. You know that already though.

Keep your chin up buddy. ;)

Re: What is realy worth taking????

My list of vitamins and supplements that I think are worth taking.
A good protein drink, maltodextrin drink, glutamine, tribulus, arginine, zinc, vitamin B complex (B6 and B12), vitamin C, creatine, amino acid complex

I don’t just reckon these are good products to help with muscle building and repair. Some of the products on the list have links with helping immune system, blood flow, lowering blood pressure, sperm count, erectile dysfunction, stimulating and maintain an erection. One product as links to penis enlargement.

Protein drink – Feed the muscles for repair and growth.

Maltodextrin drink – Calories and energy.

Vitamin B and C – the body struggles to produce enough.

Arginine – Blood flow, release of nitric oxide, growth hormone release etc etc

Glutamine – Muscle growth and recovery, helps with reducing lactic acid build up

Tribulus – Natural testosterone booster, links to fertility in some countries.

Creatine - Energy boost, help fatigue, help in repair, strength, endurance

Products I like -
Ravager - this as a blend of three proteins and all the amino’s you need.
Cerburus carbohydrate powder – I like to drink this before the gym and take a bottle round with me.
Tribulus i have found as zinc, B6 and B12, two morning and night.
Arginine capsules 1000mg and i have found glutamine 1000mg capsules too.Creatine as never really done much for me but now I don’t touch anabolics found creatine ethyl ester seems to be working. Ethyl ester capsules 40times more powerful than normal creatine.
Other product I have read good reports on is ZMA, zinc, magnesium and B6 but if you are taking the rest of my list only magnesium is missing.
Well that’s what I am taking at the minute and I am doing very well considering i should not even be weight lifting (well thats what the Doctors told me). Ill keep you posted on anything else worth taking and my progress.

Keeping it Natural.

Do you agree ???????
