| loving bodybuilding | i think this is good stuff so i was reading this article bout getting a fast bulk. it sounds really good to. this is what u need. . . a large one L water bottle, a blender, some bags of frozen berries, a tub of natural peanut butter, a few bags of low fat milk, and just a few min. to make it. ok 1-3 cups of low fat milk - 300 cal 1-2 cups of mixed berries - 200 cal 40-60 grams of protien powder - 160-240 cal. 1-2 tbsp or natural peanut butter - 200 calories great way to get a large amout of clean calories. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: i think this is good stuff Just because someone has posted something on a website doesn't mean its correct! 1 in 5 western people are lactose intolerant, this figure is greater among afro carribeans, asians, africans etc. If any supplement company is recommending you mix their product in milk I always think it has nutrients missing and they are relying on the milk to boost its properties. People often complain about excessive wind when using protein powders, they need to check the lactose content of the powder and re-assess if they have been mixing the powder with milk, this is often the cause of wind and various other stomach upsets.
