![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | which fish oils I need some more fish oil tablets, i normally get H&B but recently ordered supps from Natures best and got some fish oils from them so i have been mixing them. H&B are cheaper but the Natures best seem better better quality and have a higher % of EPA & DHA the links below show the diffeence, what would you buy? concidering im not poor but not exactly made of money http://www.naturesbestonline.co.uk/p....asp?pf_id=516 http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pag...&np=0&cPID=581 |

I am using these at the moment. http://www.mercola.com/products/krill_oil.htm If you are hard up for cash look into getting a bottle of fish oil, (or cod liver oil, esp in the winter months, it is a good sorce of Vit D), and mixing it with your protein, works out a lot cheaper and you get a decent dose. 1 table spoon is worth about 10, 1g (1000mg) caps. |

Buying the oil is by far the cheapeast way though, and you cant taste 10ml in a protein shake. |

| Looking Freaky | Re: which fish oils its not the best place to go for it but i shop at asda's for fish oils at the moment becos they got 90caps (1000mg) for about £4.50 and the EPA & DHA seemed like a reasonable amount at the time but looking to buy a better value capsule now. The second ones you show have Vitamin E in them and i'm not sure if thats a good idea, do u take a vitamin tablet? - if u do then you'd get the RDA from that and assuming you'll take more than 1 fish oil tablet daily over prolonged periods of time i wouldn't consider it wise so ditch them.. try these: http://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/product...rod=97&xSec=23

The vitamin E is there to prevent oxidation of the fish oil. Vitamin E above the RDA is good IMO. | |
