![]() | Re: Best weight gainer powders? What you need to do mate is get a weight gainer with as much low g.i carbs as possible (i.e. oats/barley), in my experience fructose/maltodextrin = unwanted fat. oats/barley = quality gains! The best 2 i've tried are Reflex's Instant Mass or all-in1's GAIN! Last edited by Pscarb; 23-11-2006 at 11:06 AM. |

My protein allow you to blend up your own weight gainer from there ingredients or you can use there own recipes. This will be the cheapest way to go for you and I have personally tried the elite weight gainer and apart from giving me indigestion one time, it was fine! I think we get a discount too? www.myprotein.co.uk HTH SD

When im on cycle, I tend to use Nlarge2 I cant remember the exact calorie intake from this, but mixed with a pint and a half of semi-skimmed milk you get roughly: 1000 Calories 80g Protien 120g Carbs 15g Fat Something like that, I have three of these a day when on cycle, One with breakfast, one around 3pm and another PWO at 7pm When Im not on cycle, but still trying to maintain, or build mass, I use Extreme Proformance Mass. Much Lower Intake of around 400 Cals, 35g protien, 50g carbs, 4g fat, but a very good product. I use this twice a day, then have a couple of whey shakes during the day.
