Amino Acid Tabs & Dessicated Liver Tab - Any Good? - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

I am currently taking Superior Amino 2222 and Beverly Hills Ultra 40, i was wondering if they were good?

I recently read a copy of the sports supplement review, 3rd edition i think, bill phillips doesnt really rate amino acids highly and thinks liver tablets are toxic, because the liver filters are the crap in the body and thinks by taking it you are just adding toxins.

let me know what you guys think.

The beverley ultra are close to the best liver tabs on the market...

Bill Philips is a berk IMHO he slated aminos and liver tagbs cos he was setting up his own supplements business..........EAS.

Yeah..the liver tabs are good..i think DB mentioned them somewhere on the forum, as for the aminos; do you know of any 'better' ones - amino 2222 tabs are like fcuking bulltets - taking them is hard, nearly chocked on one.

Yeah go onto the BIOHAZARD website and order their UXBs.... www.biohazardforums.com you`ll find a link for the shop in Gary Howells signature.....

Thanks OSC, i had a look at the UXB, considering its in capsule form it should be easier to take, shame i ordered the 325 cap bottle of amino 2222 - ill have to wait and finish it before ordering.
