| Progressing | Personally, they are a must have for me. They are anti-catabolic, which means they will help pretent your muscle from being broken down for energy. They do this by helping with nitrogen retention which is key to avoiding catabolic muscle loss. They help preserve the glycogen that your body uses for energy, thus turning your body into a more efficent muscle building machine. Like with many supplements in bodybuilding, some will swear by them and others think they're a waste of time. Must have for me, though. |
