I bought some Green Tea from BulkPowers, on it it says to take 200mg 3 x a day.

As it has no measure on it anyone know how I measure out 200mg without drug dealer scales? :confused:

lol nope! have u got a capping kit?

if so fill them half way up and that will be about 380mg

200 does **** all anyway i run them at 750 mg just 1 before i train or do cardio

na 750 is fine for me mate

No kit DB, 750mg you say before you train. May have to get my mate to measure up for me that sounds exactly like one of his grams.

I noticed when I took green tea my pH was higher.
Or more alkaline, and that is a good thing.

I didnt really notice any fat loss from it.

If you are going to buy bulk powders, you need some 'dealer scales', lol

They are only about £10 off ebay.

You will probably want a capping kit too, as I dont think it will taste or mix that good.

It is a good supplement for your health, but I dont think it will make a great deal of difference to your phsique.

I take everyday, if i get some fat loss then its an added bonus, its just an all round good health product.

You will need scales to weight the stuff, they are pretty cheap and can be bought of ebay or even a local supermarket. Make sure you get them so they weigh down to 0.1 at the very least.
