Unhappy No Money

Hey guys, im just getting back into training after nearly a 2 year break, and this time round cash is not flowing well so cant afford any supplements, do you guys know of any ideas food wise which can help me pack on the most protien, cals ect, before i was taking meal replacments, protein shakes, hmb, gluitmine, nitrox, creatine etc, or do you guess its just a case of finding some cash from some where lol, is it possible to get good gains without supplements??? Oh one more thing, does anyone know of anything which increases appertite?? i heard devils claw is spost to work.:boohoo:

Arnt you only spost to have like 3 eggs a week or something stupid like that? to do with colesterol i think, soz about the spelling, never my strong point lol

Cholesterol is synthesised in the liver by saturated fats from your diet.

Dietary cholesterol from eggs wont directly raise cholesterol.

Besides, Cholesterol is necessary to produce hormones in our bodies like testosterone.

you dont need supps to grow bud-i`m skint too!
ive relied on tuna and milk for 18 months with i beleive a certain amount of success-
you dont NEED powders to grow-
i did recently spalsh out on some of Extremes lovely creatine recently tho.

the best appetite enhancers are squats and deadlifts

i wouldnt worry about cholesterol too much unless you have been told to watch it. most cholesterol is produced in the body regardless of diet

Food over supplements anyway.
Beef grows strong bodies.

Don't worry about eggs, they are fine.
It can raise cholesterol but both LDL and HDL so the ratio is the same, this is just fine.
