![]() | Hey guys, im just getting back into training after nearly a 2 year break, and this time round cash is not flowing well so cant afford any supplements, do you guys know of any ideas food wise which can help me pack on the most protien, cals ect, before i was taking meal replacments, protein shakes, hmb, gluitmine, nitrox, creatine etc, or do you guess its just a case of finding some cash from some where lol, is it possible to get good gains without supplements??? Oh one more thing, does anyone know of anything which increases appertite?? i heard devils claw is spost to work.:boohoo: |
