Absolutely the best, most underrated ergogenic product I've tried this year - and I'm not easily impressed because I try new supplements most months. Doesnt sell well for us though, I have to say, so maybe it doesnt work for everyone but I personally loved it and felt it made a big difference to my lifting. The only downside is it tastes bad (but not nearly as bad as Gakic) Here's my review from our site:

Every now and then a product comes on the market that ‘flies beneath the radar’ but is a real hidden gem. One such product is H+ Blocker by Isatori.

There’s a bit of a trend at the moment with US companies bringing out new supplements that are a little difficult to grasp the science behind on the first pass. For this precise reason, I really skimmed the info on H+ Blocker and pretty much missed the point when it first came out. However, a sample sachet landed on my desk a few weeks ago and to say I was impressed is an understatement. I personally rate it as high as creatine. The basic jist of the science is that H+ blocker reduces the build up of hydrogen ions (chemical symbol H+, hence the name) in the muscle. These hydrogen ions are basically the acid that builds up during training which you feel when the muscle fails on any given exercise. You know, you get onto that 8th or 9th rep on the bench press and you reach the point where your muscles are burning and you just cant contract them any more and get out that next rep. Well in lay terms, H+ blocker does what it says on the tin and delays the onset of hydrogen ions in the muscle, meaning you crank those extra few reps out. Extra reps at Maximum Muscular Overload levels means more muscle growth (provided your nutritional support is sound). I felt it working from the first serving and have since bought a full tub and have had continued results.

I really like it. I felt kind of weird because when you train with the same weight for a period of time, you know instinctively when the muscle is going to cramp up and you're going to grind to a halt - and when it doesnt happen it feels really odd. On bench press for instance, I used a weight that at the time I'd usually have got 8 reps with, so once I got to 8 my mind was telling me 'well this should be it, it should be really burning now' but the burning in the muscles just wasnt there and I could go on to 9, 10, 11 and 12 reps. Like I said, I dont know if everyone would get the same results but for me it worked. Eddie who works for us tried some too and he also decided to buy a tub so he must have been pretty impressed as well. I just dont understand why its not selling well whilst other new products not nearly as good are. They have marketed it a lot (double page spreads in all the mags) but I think maybe they've over complicated the ads and people arent grasping what it is or cant be bothered reading all the text.

I'm going to have to take this again I think. I'd forgotten how good it was. Just need to work my way through a couple more products first.

Looking at the label this product has caffiene sort of hidden in it under the guise of a Hydrogen Binder Matrix. I remember Chef always saying that companies hide Caffiene in there new wonder products claiming enhanced endurance, power etc, all indicative of a stimulant being present.

It doesn't say the dose, but it could be up to 5g (Pro Plus is only 50mg per tablet!), which would definately give you a more intense workout.

Caffiene is cheap, this product is not, I am going to stay clear of it for now as I can't be sure its effectiveness isn't just down to the addition of caffiene.

Good point, and I believe some companies may well do that. In the case of this product though, the results I personally got were not from caffeine. I've used caffeine many times preworkout and it just does not work in the same way this did for me. I could really noticeably feel the delay in acid buildup - caffeine does not do that.

I'm going to be really gutted now though if people try it and dont get the same results I did...

Hope it works well for you armyman1188

If it had anywhere near 5g of caffeine then you would know about it and probably be in hospital!

beta-alanine and l-histildine - yes. Your Tri Matrix has beta-alanine as well doesnt it? But not the l-histildine.
