Creatine dosage

The cellmass instructions say to take 2 servings everday. Is this really necessary or just a marketing gimic? Would I get the same results just taking it on workouts days, or just taking 1 servings after workouts?

Depends on what you are using it for mate. For extra muscle appearance then take the higher dosage, it will help your muscles retain water and appear fuller. If you are taking it post work out for enhanced protein synthesis, then only use it pre or post workout or both.
