![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | FAO those of you that use a 75ml scoop for measuring whey A few weeks ago I was wondering if this size scoop (bought from bulkpowders, yuo know, the blue ones)actualy equated to me getting anywhere near that ammount of protien and was told that it did. I still wasnt convinced so I bought some scales. scoop weighs 11.7g when empty and tightly packed full of whey (and levelled at the top) it weighs between 42 and 44g so thats only around 30 - 32g of whey. just thought you might want to know so you can adjust your intake ![]() |
