Today so far:
08:00 - Roxylean Capsule with 1pint of water.
08:30 - Tuna and 10grams of sweetcorn.
09:00 - HIIT Circuit consisting of:
10x bicep curls
10x diamond pushups
10x French curls
10x pike situps
10x spiderman runs
This circuit was repeated 5 times with a one minute rest in-between.
10:00: 10 mile bike ride (mid intensity)
Not really noticed an energy boost today at all, just my appetite is suppressed and feel bit agitated.
