Swedish waxy maize starch a.k.a Vitagro

Iv been reading about this "Super Carb" but i am a little confused i kno what it does and how it works but not sure weather you would use this suppliment along with dextrose (for PWO) and or with a pre workout shake with oats (for added energy boost)

From what i have heard about it (and when ive used it) it is faster to enter the blood stream than dextroseetc yet supposedly (and this is where i want proof) doesnt raise insluin levels to the same extent as glucose/dextrose.

One of my best mates has used it to carb up on for the past year and it works pre contest a treat

a bit of info::

VitargoŽ is a unique patented carbohydrate, specially formulated for elite athletes to give an effective loading of easily accessible muscle energy (glycogen) to the body. VitargoŽ has been clinically tested at the Karolinska Institute, Stockholm and compared with other "ordinary" sport carbohydrate drinks. In short this means:
