![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | MRP or Oats & Whey? I'm finding harder to eat at work due to it getting busy and me being out of the office on site. So - I've got time for one (possibly 2 at a push) food meal(s) (usually chicken, veg and rice), but need to be getting at least another 2 meals in during the day. Know, we all know that real food is better than MRP etc...but annoyingly real food isn't always an option. So, my question is - is there any point into buying MRP's or would I just be as well powdering oats up and mixing them with Whey? Also, I'm prone to sticking on soft mass *cough* fat *cough* and I'm worried that MRP's might add to this. Is there anything that I should be looking out for in MRP's, if I go down that route, which will give me an indication of whether I'm going to look like the Michelin Man after a months use. Carb content and sugar content etc...? The MRP I've looked at in other threads is: http://www.extremenutrition.co.uk/ca...ngs-p-279.html Suitable to avoid fat gain? Cheers.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | If it's possible for you to be "eating" every 2-3 hours i'd stick with Whey & oats. If you're going to be consuming meals any longer than 3 hour intervals, id have casein for its slower digestion and absorption into the body. and yeah, in any case dont forget your fats.. fish oils, peanuts etc. I dont think Extremes MRP will make you gain "soft mass" LOL.. 41g P, 22 C & 3 F wont harm anyone imo. These amounts are fairly "moderate". p.s. Remember, we get a 25% discount on all goods on the Extreme website.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | yeah i'd go for oats, milk, whey and some olive oil. i use this and you dont even notice the oil. If your proteins not nice add some Angel delight suger free puddding mix in there too. Tastes good. other than that, why not try a yogut&cottage cheese shake with whey. How about an old timers recipe.........cream and eggs (nuke for 30-40 seconds) not sure where we got to on the "heat upwhey" but if its ok why not make a soup? |
