| UK-Muscle Male Animal | Yea I agree with that. Creatine monohydrate micronised, and grape juice will give you the same effect for much less. ![]()

![]() | Is that not a quote out of the Arnie encyclopedia of Body building? ;) The stuff im taking a tthe moment is Met-RX FX CreaPhos, seems very good quality, but the other thing is it actually takes great too The other thing is theres no loading stage, which is a bonus.Just a note, if you live in the UK and you happen to have a GNC store near you then you should make a visit, theres some very good offers on particularly for gold card members. I picked up my stuff (500g) for £14.99 instead of £30. Also they had Micronised monohydrate (met-rx)1000g for £17 from £30. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ozzy, i played american football for a school that endorsed strictly met-rx...yet we were told that if we were going to use creatine that we should use a product called CEL-TECH....that says alot when you can be getting anything you want from met-rx for free and you could even lose your sponsorship if they found out you were using products made by rival companies....

| UK-Muscle Male Animal | Thanks Lorian. I was told that just about all manufacturers get the creatine from the same place. Dont know if that is true or not but if that is the case save your money and buy it by bulk. Dont forget the test with the double blind study that proved that the creatine works was with the original creatine monohydrate. Why try to reinvent the wheel?:(
